At George Mitchell School, we use an online program called Tapestry to record and analyse children’s learning in the Early Years.

We would like to invite you to an introductory Tapestry Workshop on:

Thursday, 19^th September 2019 at 9:00am

All children in Reception and Nursery will have their own personal online Learning Journals, which will contain their photos, observations and comments, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage to build up a record of experiences during their time with us.

Tapestry is a system hosted in the UK on secure servers. You will have secure access (via email address and password) to your child’s Learning Journey.

You must attend the workshop if:

• Your child is new to George Mitchell School.
• Your child already has an Early Learning journal but you need more support with accessing and using Tapestry.

During this workshop, you will find out information regarding how to access and use Tapestry. We will also answer your queries and questions regarding your child’s Online Learning Journeys.
