Giving the best start to our children!

George Mitchell Early Years is working closely with HENRY to support our families with young children and transform their lives for the better in all sorts of ways – including improved nutrition, emotional well-being, parenting skills, breastfeeding, and getting more active.

We will be hosting an 8 week program that will run from 9:00-11:00am on every Wednesday, from 16th October to 4th December. 

These sessions will promote:

• Parenting confidence.
• Physical activity for little ones.
• Healthy feeding habits and lifestyles.
• Improved understanding of your child’s behaviour.
• Positive mealtimes.

The sessions will be run by HENRY which is a UK charity that works closely with our families in Waltham Forest.
